I would like to walk with you on a road to healing - a journey to a brain that no longer carries trauma images, to a heart that is not broken into pieces and to a soul that is not full of bitterness not.
Trauma is best resolved by gradually processing it, and carefully remembering the memories of the trauma. Most people find that they would rather forget the trauma, but then find that they do not manage to become whole again.
A traumatized person must work through the trauma to become whole.
Only the will to heal will give one the courage to "face" the pain.
ADDICTION THERAPY
